Designed as a health-related activity teaching tool that prepares middle school and high school students for FITNESSGRAM® testing. Incorporates all four fitness components: flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and muscle endurance. 1 to 100 children of varying ages and fitness levels divide into 6 color-assigned teams and take turns rolling the dice around the game board to determine their team's exercise. Once the team completes the exercise, another teammate approaches the board and repeats the process. Game includes: 5' x 7' colorful PVC synthetic leather game mat (latex free), 6 each bean bags, dice and mini nylon game mats, instruction workbook and backpack carrying case.
