Known as "organized chaos"; this non-competitive game is ideal for large classes, after-school programs, field day activities or use as a warm up or cool down! Watch self-esteem rise as each child masters each component to the game! Game is an oversized 5x7’ mat displaying 26 approved fitness drills . The game covers all four-fitness components — flexibility, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, muscle strength and muscle endurance. Offering three levels of repetitions for the drills, the game can be used multiple times and inspire individuals to challenge themselves. Players roll the dice and move their miniature medicine ball bean bag around the mat. The player returns to their team and they all complete the activity their medicine ball landed on. When they complete the activity, another player from the team moves to the mat and rolls again!
