The mats are nice but I wish there was some type of texture with the mat that would allow students using the mat to be able to "feel" when they have reached the end of the target curl up distance, much like they can feel a difference when using the separate strips. This would make it easier for the students when using the mat and also when getting themselves correctly setup.
