Defensive mannequin silhouette encourages shot trajectory and builds offensive skills. He's adjustable from 6.5' to 8' to work with players of varying heights, on both football and basketball skills. Weighted base (add water or sand) gives added stability, and there's also a ground stake for use with outdoor surfaces. Portable, lightweight, sets up and breaks down easily.
