Details

Nutri-cize allows large groups of players to exercise and learn the food groups all at the same time
Students of all age groups and abilities can participate together because there are no winners or losers
Each spot on the track is marked with a picture of food and the exercise/s the group will perform
The group is divided into 6 teams and provided with a numbered and colored die
Players from each team take turns approaching the mat, rolling the colored and numbered die and moving to the appropriate food group
The person returns back to their group and explains the exercise and the number of repetitions
The next person repeats the process starting from where the last player ended
Game includes: 7'W x 11'L game mat, 6 each numbered and colored dice, instructions and carry bag
