Simply shake granules in the pack to the bottom of the package, squeeze till inner water bag brakes, shake package to mix contents, wrap package in soft cloth , and apply to injured area. Once activated, cold starts around 30 degrees and ends around 38 degrees. Single-use, non-toxic compress lasts on average 30-35 minutes depending on room temperature. Contains UREA for cold reaction.
