Four-way (front, back, left, right) machine is a modern fitness device that features arm pivots that run on precision flange bearing for smoother action, a removable pin to restrict direction of head movement and a height-adjustable seat. Value Quality Price I use this machine at Rob's Fitness Factory and it is excellent. I have a little arthritis in my neck (I am 75 years old) and what pain I had has disappeared since I started using this machine. It works front and back and side to side. I highly recommend it.
