A Physical Activity and Nutrition Program for Kids!

The program is an innovative children’s educational fitness program that focuses on physical activity and nutrition. The program uses 55 fun food characters called Fitness Pals that illustrate physical activity and to emphasize the importance of both physical activity and nutrition. The program is based on five components of health-related physical fitness: Body Composition, Strength, Aerobic Fitness, Flexibility, and Endurance. The Manual is written to be age appropriate and grouped ages 2 through Preschool, Kindergarten through 2nd grade, and 3rd through 6th grade.
