A complete fitness kit to make exercising fun.  Filled with five different educational fitness activities for elementary-aged children, the Fitness Activity Kit helps motivate kids to exercise.  The kit contains: One 16''x16'' Fitnopoly game board with a foam die and game piece; One 16''x16'' Fitness Grid game board with a pair of foam dice; One set of 32 Exercise task cards which include five different exercise tasks on each card; One set of 40 Secret Exercise cards; One set of four Fitness Cards, which contain 12 different exercise tasks on each card, along with a deck of cards; a complete picture booklet which shows and explains each of the exercises used in the activities; and complete instructions on how to play each of the activities individually, in small groups, or in one large group.
