Can easily be switched from leg extension to leg curl position, plus we have added two new station positions making it great for rehabilitation by adjusting the range of motion. Our dual-leg machine features a split pad which reduces stress on back muscles and allows for proper isolation of hamstring muscles in leg curl positions.  The 200 lb weight stack can be adjusted without leaving your position on the machine.  Ball bearings on pivot points provide smooth, low resistance for superior performance.  Black powder coated finish.
